    Pennsylvania 2019 Cannabis Lobby Day

      Our Pennsylvania 2019 Cannabis Lobby Day* is anticipated to be an exciting day in our State Capitol. On March 18, NORML Chapters from across Pennsylvania will descend upon Harrisburg with a unified voice, prepared with lobbying packets, talking points, and scheduled appointments with our legislators, all in an effort to promote marijuana policy reform. Each chapter may be offering carpools or van/bus service to Harrisburg. Our goal is to meet in the East Wing Rotunda of the Capitol around 9am, distribute prepared lobbying packets, and coach our lobbyists before sending them off to their scheduled appointments.
