    THIS JUST IN: Pittsburgh Norml’s “High Ride” Car Raffle and 4/20 Event – Win a 1971 Mach 1 Fastback has now been driven and signed by none other than Tommy Chong!! WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON 4/20/16 at 4:20pm. Winner does NOT need to be present to win! Pittsburgh NORML is a 501(c)3 nonprofit whose mission is of moving public opinion sufficiently to achieve the repeal of marijuana prohibition so that the responsible use of cannabis by adults is no longer subject to criminal sanction.
